Georges Toussaint Léon Palante (1862—1925) was a French philosopher and sociologist, known for his advocacy of aristocratic individualist ideas, similar to those of Friedrich Nietzsche and Arthur Schopenhauer, and his opposition to Émile Durkheim's holism.
