Of course, this or that politician has all the right solutions. All you have to do is vote for that politicians, and only then will you have nothing to fear. If you don’t… well, then, it’s the proverbial road to Perdition.
Our political and social discourse thrives on fear. Threats are perceived everywhere. Most of our media repeats fear propaganda endlessly. It’s their bread and butter. People love being scared, it would seem. But all this is a time-tested trick.
