Those who have made a career of being outraged by Wokeism for many years and now praise Trump because he is seemingly destroying it, have nothing to say when he promises to unleash hell in the Middle East and then happily does so.
He promises to destroy Yemen and “annihilate” the Houthis and is bombing merrily away to bring that about, killing how many—no one will ever know. He wants to ethnically cleanse Palestine and transport out the indigenous population to parts unknown, never to return, and build a luxury playground on their land. The anti-Wokeists shrug their shoulders. But, hey, look, Trump gutted USAID, he shut down the Department of Education, he’s reducing the “government,” cutting out “waste,” and he’s destroying the “deep state.” The future of America and the world is bright and secure!
We are all supposed to hate the Davos crowd, laugh at Klaus Schwab, revile George Soros, and then we are also asked to love Donald Trump who has promised that he will keep killing Arabs until there is “peace” on earth, because he is “the chosen one.” We are all supposed to admire Jared Kushner and his real estate acumen, we are all supposed to approve of Elon Musk wanting to chip every brain to bring about the grand singularity. This is all better than Biden, we are told.
Because Biden had cut back on the bombs being delivered to Israel, the first thing Trump did was to rachet up the supply.
From January to March of this year, Trump delivered tens of thousands of bombs to Israel—in just three months. As soon he got into office, he lifted the hold on a shipment of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel that had been withheld by the Biden administration.
In February 2025, Trump approved a major arms sale to Israel worth nearly $3 billion, which included over 35,500 MK 84 and BLU-117 bombs, along with 4,000 Predator warheads, and a shipment of heavy MK-84 2,000-pound bombs; and in early March 2025, another arms sale was fast-tracked, which included 35,529 MK 84 or BLU-117 heavy bombs and 4,000 I-2000 Penetrator warheads. These bombs will largely fall on little children, women and the old.
The Trumpists respond—Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis are “terrorists” and deserve what they get.
Now fully armed again (the real reason for the “ceasefire” with Hamas), on March 18, 2025, Israel carried out massive airstrikes on Gaza. They were flying American planes that were guided by American satellite systems and technology and they dropped American bombs, shipped by Trump.
The result? The worst slaughter of children in recent history. It is difficult to fathom, how in this day and age, that it is still possible to carry out such slaughter; and yet it is quickly done. About 270 Palestinian children killed in 51 minutes by American bombs. This incident was part of a broader wave of violence that killed over 400 Palestinians and injured hundreds more.
And Wokeism, the liberals, “cultural Marxism,” transgenderism—these are the evils that we have to defeat? Really?
Yes, Biden said he was a Zionist and demonstrated his credentials in Gaza. He said Russia was the real enemy of the West and fought on for two years. It was all a great investment, killing Russians without any Americans dying, etc. But we have to believe that Biden was truly “evil” because he loved Wokeism, and Kamala would have been worse, etc.
And the Trumpists reply: Trump is “good” because he says he hates Wokeism. Let him kill as many Arabs as he likes, because they’re all Muslims anyway who deserve what they get. Who cares. It’s so hard to tell apart a “terrorist” from a “non-terrorist.” Besides, isn’t Islam a serious threat to the West and we have to control it? So, bombs away, etc. etc.
What the Trump era will show, when it finally comes to its sorry end, is that the West really stands for nothing at all. The allegiance of the people in power in the West is only to narratives, which allow them to hang on to power.
This is why no Western politician has lifted a finger to actually stop the murder of little children, let alone condemn it.
The recent Signal leak only confirms this utter heartlessness. The most disturbing phrase in that entire amateurish fiasco was what JD Vance texted when informed that Yemen was going to be bombed to smithereens. “I will say a prayer for victory.” What god to do these people “pray” to? Thus far, American bombs have killed 50 people, many of them women and children. Is this what “victory” looks like? Many more civilians will be killed before this all ends, if it ends… but, rest assured, “god” is on “our” side.
The heartening thing in all this is that the real people of the West have not forgotten their humanity, and they daily hurl their outrage at Netanyahu and his various henchmen, among whom stands Trump.
How long can the West endure with politicians such as these? Will we continue to elect them, no matter how many people they kill?
